Roasted salmon topped with a fresh basil sauce, served over garlicky sautéed spinach and tender broccoli. Simple, bold, and satisfying.

How to RUIN a nice piece of fish by combining it with terribly over spiced broccoli.

By far, one of my favorite CU meals! After too many weeks off of the menu, I'm elated to see it return! If I had my wish, this meal would be a constant. Simply too tasty to not enjoy every week!!

Love this salmon dish. Flavors meld together well. A little spicier than I prefer but delicious nonetheless!

There were some fish bones remaining in the dish. Otherwise very good.
