These roasted chicken thighs are delicious all on their own, but taken over the top when paired up with Chef Maia's luscious, tangy scallion cream sauce. Plus, the chicken comes with two of the most comforting side dishes: classic peas and carrots, and rosemary-infused roasted baby potatoes. A filling, family-friendly meal to enjoy any time of the year.

Chicken and sauce very tender and flavorful! Carrots could have been cooked a little longer but overall would order again!

The cream sauce was curdled and tasted awful. The chicken was just unpleasant. The carrots and potato’s were very good. The peas were hard pellets. I ended up tossing most of that meal.

If you could swap the potatoes for mashed that would be spot on. Because there is so much of the sauce on the chicken, it felt like a waste not having a rice or mashed potato to finish it off with.

Delicious, though I could have used a little more chicken, potatoes, or both. (There were plenty of carrots.)
