These light and fluffy pancakes are the perfect breakfast inspired by the flavors of fall. Sweet potato adds depth of flavor, moisture, and a subtle sweetness to the pancakes, which are perfectly balanced by a deliciously sweet and tangy hibiscus syrup. It's a stack of flapjacks like you've never tasted before.
