This dish takes your favorite fish up a notch a little bit of heat and a lot of flavor. Salmon is packed in healthy omega 3 fats and vitamin D and shines when pan seared to perfection. Chef Andres kicks it up a notch with zesty, zingy Cajun seasoning, which goes really well with crunchy green beans and peppers.

This meal was healthy, had the right blend of flavors, and the perfect amount of heat! The portion of fish was large too, which was great. I would order this dish again.

Salmon was pretty good but was overcooked and not tender. The sauce was spicy but not too much, balanced the salmon nicely. If the salmon was tender and not burnt I would've given this a 4 or 5 star.

instructions should recommend less time to avoid overcooking the salmon
