This dish takes your favorite fish up a notch a little bit of heat and a lot of flavor. Salmon is packed in healthy omega 3 fats and vitamin D and shines when pan seared to perfection. Chef Andres kicks it up a notch with zesty, zingy Cajun seasoning, which goes really well with crunchy green beans and peppers.

It was ok. The red peppers were really mushy and the green beans were pretty raw… I ended up making a sauce for the salmon

Generous size salmon fillet, the peppers and beans went well with it. A thicker sauce might be better.

please don't skimp on the veggies

Good quality Salmon!! Wild caught. The string beans are not that great combination.
The sauce is good and enhance the fish.

Split decision. Twice very tasty. Twice salmon dry and tasteless. Inconsistent items are very disappointing--especially when reordering. And, if ordering for 1st time, will not be reordered. My acceptable items are diminishing.

I loved this one. The Salmon cooks beautifully, seasoning was excellent - not too week or too strong for the Salmon, Sweet Potatoes and vegetable chosen were perfect compliments to the meal.
