There are few things better in this world than a good piece of meat, cooked simply. Here, it's an all-natural flank steak grilled to perfection, the Italian way. Balanced by the distinctive spicy kick of arugula, enhanced by good olive oil, and the umami of parmesan cheese, this dish proves that sometimes simple is best.

Sauce was solid. Printed instructions illegible. I couldn’t tell what I was supposed to do with the components and ended up microwaving the salad. Such a shame.

Beef was tough.

I like the detailed cooking instructions. The steak slices came out perfectly. The salad and dressing was a perfect accompaniment. I used a good amount of the grated parmesan on the steak in the oven.

Didn't like Arugula liked the steak

All the ingredients should have been separated. Waste of time picking out the cheese and arugula from the steak slices. Brussels sprouts would have been a better choice

Delicious, tender meat. Great greens. More meat than I could eat (on GLP3), so my lucky Newfie got a couple pieces. Really good!

Great simple, bright, refreshing, high protein salad!!
We warmed the steak a bit in a piece of foil, however that is not necessary-just preference.
The steak is very yummy-well seasoned, the olive oil & cheese high quality, the arugula fresh & tasty!! This is a simple, clean lunch that is amazing in combination!!
The portion is quite large, we added spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, chick peas, & pinenuts to bulk up the salad, my girls also added garlic toast to theirs and I was able to split this with 3 daughters(we all had 2 strips of steak cut into cubes)!! One daughter wanted ranch-that's ok, more EVOO for me & other daughter...another just made a sandwich with her steak as she is not a salad fan(garlic toast, cucumber, tomato, fork mashed chickpeas, steak cubes with a balsamic drizzle) ;-)
we tried it with both lemon & balsalmic-think we preferred the balsamic-but again, that is preference(but definitely something to try!!)
We will definitely order this one again!!

There was too much cheese and it was soggy with arugula

great steak and cheese flavors. please either use a better quality EVOO or replace with a lemon based dressing. The olive oil had an off flavor. Otherwise an excellent meal!
