Irresistibly good, hearty and nutritious, this is one of Chef Andres' signature dishes. Boneless chicken breast and tender pearl couscous is paired with creamy mozzarella, basil, juicy tomatoes and peppery arugula for a well-rounded satisfying meal.
Contains milk, wheat, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

Not usually a fan of balsamic vinegar, but it's ok in this dish mixed in with the ingredients.

The cheese had a chemical taste to it, made em concerned. Chicken tasted fine. Couscous was hard.

Do you ever have a meal that tastes like ingredients? That would be this. If you like that kind of deal it was fresh and easy to eat. I'll probably put this on the rotation, just not regularly.

I can't ever get enough the balsamic drizzle! Adds such a kick of brightness to the dish
