Irresistibly good, hearty and nutritious, this is one of Chef Andres' signature dishes. Boneless chicken breast and tender Israeli couscous is paired with creamy mozzarella, basil, juicy tomatoes and peppery arugula for a well-rounded satisfying meal.
Contains milk, wheat, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

Too dry with too little protein.

Refreshing and tasty for an evening meal when you dont want to eat too heavy! Maybe needs a bit of more portion of the balsamic glaze.

This was very good! The sauce consistency was jelly like initially and was a little weird, but once all mixed in, it was very good. The portion is good also!

Added all of both sauces and it’s got a nice little kick to it. The meal alone will keep me around Cook Unity. If I could make one change, it would be to pickle the onions. The dish could use that extra pop of acidity
Andres started working years ago in the food industry, he is one of the hardest workers we've ever seen. He worked at different restaurants in Manhattan, the latest one he's been working at is Extra Virgin. He started helping us create CookUnity from the beginning, a year ago, and was always by our side. Now it's his turn to shine at CookUnity with amazing dishes and a thrive for perfection!
