Chicken thighs are marinated with lemon, oregano, and garlic, then roasted and sliced over quinoa. Fresh cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion bring crisp contrast, while feta adds salty crumble. A side of tzatziki ties it together with cool yogurt and dill.

This was a good dish. I personally would've preferred a little more flavor, along with more cucumbers/feta, and/or perhaps cucumber in a separate container to stay cold for more crunch in the dish. :)

Great flavors that compliment each other well. The directions say to heat it up but I ate it like a salad and it was great.

great

Good but could be more generous with Feta cheese. Maybe add a couple of Kalamata olives

Instructions said to microwave everything but the sauce. A Greek bowl should have fresh tomatoes, cucs and feta. Was ruined after heating. Plus amt of sauce was tiny. Threw most of it away.

not bad, but a little forgettable, with nothing to comment on in particular. i added more cherry tomatoes of my own. it was a light, healthy meal and I'm grateful for that.

I keep trying this meal because the ingredients are right but it's just simply drier than a bowl of sawdust. Not enough sauce, it gets soaked into the other ingredients immediately and completely.

The cauliflower rice was mush and the quinoa was all there really was to the dish. No veggies and chicken was poor quality. Very disappointing, I couldnt even eat it.
