Tomato-Braised Chicken
The portion of meat doesn't seem to match the protein amount stated on the package. The noodles were crispy and dry from the microwave without liquid. Why was the sauce separated?

The brussel sprouts got lost in the sauce (I thought they were lumps of meat or potatoes). Could have had more brussel sprouts, but the meal was tasty. Husband liked the mashed potatoes.
