Big, bold flavors straight out of Puebla. Chef Andres dials up the heat with a fragrant garlic-chili rub, searing and roasting beef tenderloin until it’s smoky, tender, and juicy. Roasted sweet potatoes are served next to a zippy salsa verde loaded with tomatillos and cilantro, with a side of garlicky green beans for a fresh finish.

Why was this so delicious! Steak was tender. Sweet potatoes were amazing. Loved the sauce

I didn't care for the green sauce, so I didn't use it but the rest of the meal was excellent. The meat to veggies was a good ratio and it was very filling.

In truth, I sub BBQ sauce for the salsa verde (I'm more Southern in taste). In my experience this beef dish isn't overcooked like some of the others. I usually order this each week and love it!
Andres started working years ago in the food industry, he is one of the hardest workers we've ever seen. He worked at different restaurants in Manhattan, the latest one he's been working at is Extra Virgin. He started helping us create CookUnity from the beginning, a year ago, and was always by our side. Now it's his turn to shine at CookUnity with amazing dishes and a thrive for perfection!
