This is generally tasty but the chicken is consistently way too dry even with much less reheating time. It needs a lot more sauce! A layer of spinach and herbs over the chicken would help too.

the chicken is moist and delicious. the Carrot puree definitely has a thyme flavor that is prominent but not overpowering. it's become a comfort food meal for me.

The carrot purée was so tasty, but the chicken was kind of bland, though cooked well. And it should’ve been put in a container with sections, as the purée just got all over everything.
