Chef Andres' latest, greatest dish sits at the intersection of comfort and elegance. The star of the dish is the thin and tasty chicken cutlet, coated in crunchy breadcrumbs with herbs and Parmesan cheese for extra savory flavor. A tangy lemon-and-parsley tomato sauce adds a refreshing burst of acid to cut through all the richness and provide balance.

Simple but well done. Enjoyed and was a healthier option. Best done on foil

I don’t consider chicken a meal. At least add some veggies or a side salad.

I don't usually like microwaving breaded chicken because the breading gets soggy, but the chicken was well-seasoned and cooked. I did really expect there to be a bed of rice under the chicken though, and I would have loved 1.5-2x more of the sauce (it was good).

Too thick to be schnitzel

Excellent

Very disappointing. Bland flavor and the lemon tomato sauce was simply a side of salsa with cilantro, which I can’t eat.

Missing the sauce. Very dry and bland. Rate the same as convenience store chicken strips. Not what I expect from a chef prepared meal at this cost.
