Salmon is seasoned simply with salt and pepper before getting seared to crisp perfection. It's then topped with a creamy yogurt sauce with lemon and dill and served alongside sautéed yellow squash and zucchini. Simple, filling, and full of summery flavor.
This one definitely tasted like reheated fish. Salmon got dry and… fishy. Would have loved the veggies separate so they didn’t soak up all of the fish flavor.

The slices of zucchini were really large leading to a mushy texture. The salmon was very good with the dill sauce but the veggie side brought it down

I thought that the squash on the side was too large to really enjoy as a side dish. I would’ve much preferred it to be spiraled, or sautéed in someway as opposed to the large chunks of squash
