Surf & Turf with NY Strip Steak & Lobster Tail

Had no flavor. I even packed and sous vide the steak - and it was still dry. No flavor. Very disappointing, tough to mess this up.

Lobster tasted fine (although it was a bit of a pain to remove) but the other meat tasted undercooked

I've been with Unity for almost a half a year, having chosen them over "49" and other mil order food sources because of their consistently excellent preparation. However, my recent tasting was disappointing. The lobster tasted like it had been prepared well in advance and was both old and overcooked. While I understand the pressures of running a profitable business, I hope Unity isn't sacrificing their commitment to fresh, carefully prepared dishes for the sake of convenience. These dinners are special occasions for me, and I'd hate to see the quality I've come to expect slip away. It is why I am a customer.
