He worked at different restaurants in Manhattan, the latest one he's been working at is Extra Virgin. He started helping us create CookUnity from the beginning, a year ago, and was always by our side. Now it's his turn to shine at CookUnity with amazing dishes and a thrive for perfection!

This was pretty good, but the brisket was very fatty and because of that it was chewy. It needed a bit more seasoning as well.

I am not a kale person but this dish made it more than edible. It actually paired nicely with the other ingredients. The Cajun had just enough heat to make things interesting. I'd add a smidge butter

No instructions on bacon. I cooked by itself in microwave between paper towels but since it's raw, it should be wrapped by itself. Other than that, great burger!

There wasn't heating instructions on the box, but I assumed it needed to be heated, but warm mango wasn't the best part, but otherwise delicious!
