Money muscle FTW! Thanks for choosing the most desirable, tender cut from the shoulder for his dish. Good rich flavors, tender rice and veggies. Def wanted the rice in the gravy, but I made it work :)

Pork was tender and had some flavor but very watery, sauce could use some thickening. String beans were an after thought, asparagus or peppers and onions would've been a better combo.

One of my favorites. So delicious and full of flavor. One small thing, it could use a small sauce. Tie it all together. Still so very delicious.
