Slow-Roasted Kalua Pulled Pork

The Kalua pork was a good portion, but the flavor was lacking a bit. There was only a tablespoon of pineapple salsa, and not as many green beans as pictured.

Was decent, would order again, wasn’t amazing - pork could have a bit more dimension

Southern-Style Pork Adobo

I’ve had this dish multiple times because I like the flavor of the pork but the rice is never cooked properly every single time I’ve had it. It’s always soggy! Do better and cook the rice properly! You obviously put way too much water that makes it too soft like you’re eating rice pudding.

Very tasty, needed more sauce. Green beans were raw. Pork was tender.
