Butternut Squash & Black Bean Chili

This is delicious but the chili is very tomato-saucy, which I wasn’t expecting, based on the photo. But still yummy. The polenta is delicious but too tiny! The avocado butter is also very satisfying.

Caramelized Onion Pasta Baked

Sounded so good, but preparation was disappointing. Onions were mostly just sauteed rather than richly caramelized. Broccolini tops were tender but stalks were very al dente.

This dish made me really sick and I have no idea why because it was within the shelf life date.
