Thai Butternut Red Curry

Pretty bland. The red curry is a nice flavor, but the dish is lacking.

Roasted Salmon with Basil Sauce

Rather bland salmon. Basil sauce was a nice spicy addition to perk up the salmon.

Spicier than I was expecting.

Thai Butternut Red Curry

Didn’t have a curry flavor. The butternut was overpowering.

Mexican Shrimp Quesadilla

badly constructed quesadilla without enough cheese. the guacamole and shrimp filling tasted good but it had to be eaten with a fork and knife because no cheese to keep it together

Grilled Chicken & Farro Bowl

Tasted nice. Liked the farro and mix of ingredients. However, I felt like it was abit too creamy and was missing some acidity to cut through the creamines. ie. salsa or chilli sauce.

Grass-Fed Skirt Steak au Poivre

The steak could be more tender
