Full of fall flavors, yet delicious enough to enjoy year round, this hearty, satisfying dish is made with tender braised pork and roasted, puréed butternut squash. Fennel brings a zippy bite and apples add a hint of sweetness.

Recipe change, or is there another pork and butternut squash? I liked previous version more, spice changes good 4 stars but not my old 5 star favorite.

the sauce made a big difference in the excitement I felt about this meal...went from average to yum! I would've appreciated more meat. I also added some of my own seasoning to the puree for interest.
