Chef Esther's Korean version of a perfect steak salad. This dish is made with flank steak marinated in a Korean BBQ marinade for 24 hours, then flash seared. It is served on a bed of greens, pickled beets, chickpeas, tomato and radishes with a lemon-soy vinaigrette that compliments the steak very well.

Excellent, as always! You just need to eat this fresh, within one day of receiving, or the lettuce will wilt and turn yellow/brown.

The greens were a bit wilted but would probably be better if I ate it sooner. Still had great taste. Loved the dressing but only used have the cup, too much for the portion but the steak is the star! Cooked well and flavorful. Nice healthy option.
