This meal is inspired by Mediterranean flavors. Chef Ruben's version of spicedchicken is so comforting. Chicken breasts are coated in poppy and sesame seeds then pan-seared and finished in the oven. They’re served over a rich and creamy pan sauce — made with sun-dried tomatoes, capers, and cream cheese. Parmesan-roasted broccoli with olives completes the meal.
