Grilled Grass-Fed Ribeye Anticuchado
Very good flavor I wanted to rate it a 4 but I just couldn’t mashed potatoes, and the asparagus made it awesome with the butter

Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken
So good and a lot of food!

Grilled Grass-Fed Ribeye Anticuchado
lots of grizzly bits and very little actual steak which was disappointing. insane amounts of butter (I shouldn't have used all that was included) which really killed any other flavors.

Grilled Anticuchado Chicken
Chicken is delicious, the sides are fine.

Grilled Hanger Steak
Had high hopes for this one. Meat was tough so the texture was unappetizing, no seasoning it seemed. The sauce didn't have much flavor, bland and was very oily

Peruvian Shrimp Aguachiles
The sauce was delicious with the shrimp, cucumber, onion, and jalapeño. But I didn’t understand the cold hominy in this. It was hard and the texture was just wrong.
