Duck Carnitas & Fettuccine Pasta

The duck in this dish was very delicious. However, the pasta itself was very bland. I had to doctor it up in order to eat it.

None of the veggies were cooked through, noodles weren’t cooked through, duck had no flavor and was fatty.

I didn't care for the duck but the cream sauce was tasty- typical Alfredo. Unfortunately, I didn't feel it was worth the premium upcharge.
