Rice was good, Shrimp had a wet mushy texture. Awful.

Hesyan Buyco, is the executive chef and owner of Buyco Food Products. Growing up in the Philippines, where the cuisine is heavily influenced by both Chinese and Spanish dishes, he mastered cooking traditional Southeast Asian food.
