Chicken texture has to be improved somehow.

Garlic-Soy Chicken Chopped Salad
I was disappointed to see that the crispy noodles & almonds were pre-mixed with the salad, which made them soft and texturally off-putting. The dressing and chicken were very good. This could be a winner if they package the noodles and nuts separately.

Last time I liked this meal. This time the chicken was dry/tough

Chicken in Golden Pepper Cream
Sauce become runny upon heating. The Chinese broccoli required a steak knife to cut. It was way to tough.
