Classic Mongolian Beef
Very good. Lots of meat.

Lemongrass Pork Chop
Pork chop was flavorless. The online description says it is glazed with lemongrass soy sauce. I really couldn't tell. There was a hunk of fat that was inedible. The directions mentioned there being sauce, there was not. The rice was also plain, but okay. The pickled veggies don't look anything like the ones in the photo. I suppose they were okay if you like that sort of thing. I do not. I really wanted to give only 2 stars, but it is actually an acceptable, if disappointing and bland, meal; so I reluctantly gave 3 stars.

Classic Mongolian Beef
beef was chewy and did not look or taste like they were properly stir fried. broccoli was undercooked as per usual and fairly bland too.

Classic Chicken Chow Mein
used the wrong noodle, which was certainly not great for chow mein and you can tell right away after heating it up.

Delicious

Vegetarian Tofu Chow Mein
The sauce was delicious but not enough, as usual. More vegetables would have been nice.

Lemongrass Pork Chop
The pork chop was delicious. The rice was boring, even with the pickled vegetables. If the vegetables were chopped more finely maybe they would season the rice better?

Vegetarian Tofu Chow Mein
Disappointing. Noodles were not the type on the picture, more broad and flat and over cooked. No enough sauce or tofu or vegetables.
