Sweet Potato & Peanut Butter Bars

by Akhtar Nawab

View Profile

These chewy little squares may look like trouble, but they’re made with ingredients that do a whole lot of good. Creamy peanut butter forms the base, lending richness and depth, paired with tangy Greek yogurt to keep the texture moist and tender. A gluten-free duo of almond and coconut flour stands in for the usual suspects, while a drizzle of maple syrup finishes with a touch of natural sweetness. These bars are perfect snack post work out, and for the eater who's looking for a balanced, not overtly sweat healthy snack.
