They’re served with nam jim—a tangy dipping sauce of fish sauce, lime, and chili that adds brightness to each bite. On the side: soft jasmine rice, cooling cucumber, and romaine lettuce leaves for a fresh finish.

Solid 5/5 in taste and flavour. A bit spicy for me but not a problem. Would buy again and recommend.

With a passion to share Thai culture through her food, she could often be found serving up Thai BBQ or her signature freshly blended curries at food festivals across Toronto.These signature dishes and fresh authentic flavors are unique in Toronto's food scene, leading to opportunities to showcase her food at TIFF, American Express Platinum dining events and collaborations across the city. She was the winner of the 2023 Resident Chef by Cookin award, an innovative platform for food entrepreneurs to share their meals in their local communities.In Thai culture, showing care often involves asking if a person has eaten yet, much like how Western culture asks, "How are you doing?"
