Cheesy Corn Cachapas with Roast Pork
Each component was really tasty but I wasn’t a fan of all the flavors together.

St. Louis-Style BBQ Ribs
Absolutely delicious. Im originally from Florida, I’ve had my fair share of yuca fries and ribs, these were easily one of the best I’ve had. I might keep coleslaw cold next time, but otherwise perfect

Seared Tilapia with Avocado-Cilantro Sauce
The fish was good and the avocado sauce was a nice addition. I wish the lemon on the broccoli was a little more pronounced but overall still good.

Tonkatsu (Japanese Pork Cutlet)
salad was very soggy and made crispy pork not crispy anymore.

Grilled Tenderloin Steak
Very nice. The veggies were perfect. The meat was closer to pot roast than steak.
