Additionally, he has actively collaborated with the 'Venezuela Gastronómica' association and is the creator of the innovative concept 'Catara Gastrobus', a movement dedicated to Amazonian cuisine of South America.
On the other hand, Bladimir Molina is a passionate entrepreneur of regional cuisine with over 20 years of experience. Hailing from Venezuela, he has worked with standout chefs of various nationalities. As the creator and co-founder of 'La Fábrica Restaurante de Cocina Venezolana Contemporánea' and 'Anastasia Show Cooking', Bladimir has elevated Caribbean flavors to new heights. His goal is to create unique gastronomic experiences by blending the flavors of his homeland with influences from Mexico, Japan, and the United States.

Didn’t care for this dish. The asparagus was tough to chew and the salmon just didn’t have great flavor to me. Potatoes were okay. Probably won’t order this again though.
