Ribeye Bulgogi Bibimbap

I love bibimbap, this was good but needed more rice, you know the crispy kind that comes in the stone pot when it's cooked? The egg had a very weird flavor, I couldn't eat it.

This dish is not your Mama's pulled pork! This pulled pork has a unique flavor that is hard to describe yet is delicious. The tasty sides perfectly complement the pork.

Gongju Princess Chicken

Overall it was pretty bland, so I added some Ponzu sauce which helped bring the flavor to life. My biggest gripe is that the meal I received had a TON (like, literally waaay more than any other ingredient) of undercooked, fibrous, Jicima in big huge cubes... at least I assume it was jicima providing the person who prepared it stuck to the recipe? I actually had to go find the cardboard sleeve in my trashcan, so I could read the ingredient list to figure out what the hell I was gnawing on. For what its worth, "huge chunks of jicima" is never even mentioned in the meal description (or I would not have ordered it). This single ingredient really detracted from the dish overall. Maybe use more snap peas or red pepper instead of the jicima? Even some water chestnuts? Honestly, my meal barely had any snap peas and I don't recall having any red peppers at all. It looked nothing like in the pic. On a positive note tho, I DID really like the chicken, which was all white meat, carefully sliced without any freaky icky bits (thank god!), and was very tender. This meal could've been great, so I'm going to try it again in the hope that it was just one bad preparation.
