Harvest Hash
Great taste and filling. Needs more sauce. I add A1 steak sauce. You can add Worcestershire sauce as well

Cheesy Beef Pepper Bowl
It would have been nice to have a cilantro lime salsa or hot sauce with it. But overall it was good!

Baked Chicken Thighs with Honey Dijon Sauce
Don't care for brussel sprouts - discarded them but the chicken and potatoes were good

Baked Chicken Thighs with Honey Dijon Sauce
The char on the Brussels sprouts was so yummy. The Dijon is a bit too mustard-y to me but I left it off and do not miss it at all. Thighs were decadent, potatoes tender.
