Herb Grilled Chicken over Basil Pesto Pasta

Inspired by colors of the Italian flag—green, white, and red—Chef Chase packs a lot of flavor into this dish. Slices of juicy and delicious herb-marinated, grilled chicken sits on a bed of buttery shell pasta tossed in bright, verdant green basil pesto. A drizzle of creamy mornay sauce brings the 'white' element of the flag, and roasted cherry tomatoes bring that perfect pop of 'red' color, as well as acidic sweetness.
