We started in 2017 in West Hollywood serving our fan favorite Chipotle Taco. Soon after we began our food truck journey in 2019, we’ve been growing rapidly ever since. As a hispanic owned business we take much pride in creating dishes that bring our heritage to life while incorporating the modern culture in Los Angeles. We believe we’re only as good as what we fuel ourselves with. That means we only use fresh produce, marinate meats overnight, and prepare salsas and sides daily.
