View ProfileAfter one taste at a restaurant, Chef Aarthi was hooked on this Afghani dish. Her version features chicken thigh marinated in saffron-infused yogurt, which ensures the meat is extra tender, moist, and full of flavor before roasting. Paired with the perfect side of kabuli pulao, a traditional Afghani pilaf with roasted carrots and raisins, this meal will be love at first bite!
