Caribbean Pork
Caribbean Pork

In this Caribbean-inspired dish, pork loin is marinated with traditional herbs spices and aromatics then caramelized with brown sugar and slow cooked until super tender. The irresistibly rich pork is served with a side of comforting vegetable fried rice that's perfect to accompany the richness of the pork. Garnished with chopped parsley, it's a sweet and savory triumph.
