This Korean style curry starts with a beautiful blend of specialty madras curry powder and homemade chicken stock. Medley of vegetables of onion, carrot, potatoes, apple, corn and green beans, this curry is slightly spicy, savory, and earthy. Served with white rice and side of kimchi.

This curry sauce was AMAZING!
I'll be honest, the initial appearance of this entree made me think of a high school cafeteria concoction. But what *appeared* to be frozen mixed veg in weird sauce with processed chicken turned out to be delicious, fresh veg (corn, peas, carrots and green beans--allll super fresh and crisp, even after reheating!) in a wonderful, rich sauce with just a hint of a kick, and a chicken thigh that had been grilled perfectly--still super-moist. I don't usually write reviews but holy cats did this entree surprise me! Delicious. Ordering again.

Fantastic dish. Chicken cooked perfectly, juicy and tender. Great flavor in the curry. Rice had perfect texture. Wonderful all around!
