I hope our customer find a flavor to their taste, since mole is a festival of flavors and textures between sweets, spicy, smoked, almond, accompanied by a juicy chicken thigh and crispy on top.

this sauce deserves 5 stars. there’s something chocolatemousse-like about the addiotional serving that was damn perfect.
This is delicious! A sauce I've never had before, and it's really good!
Even the rice was the best rice I have had in any CU dish. The sauce was fabulous (a little spicy which I absolutely love but be warned if you don't), the bonus dessert is amazing, and the chicken was nice and tender. The only thing I don't love is the chicken skin since it's not my thing, but i just rolled it off.

Great authentic flavor, absolutely delicious. The topper was the chocolate flan, WOW! I have never tasted anything like that before. A great compliment to the rest of the dish.
