View ProfileIndulge in the world's best dish, the Cochinita Pibil, as crowned by the Taste Atlas Awards 2021. This culinary delight traces its origins back to the Mayan culture along the Mexican Caribbean Sea. The dish involves marinating pork with achiote paste and orange for 12 hours, slow-cooking it to a perfect tenderness, and gently shredding it. It's artfully garnished with banana leaves and orange wedges. Accompanied by red Mexican rice, black beans, and pickled onions. A taste of history and excellence on your plate.
