Bring a taste of Middle Eastern street food to your table with these juicy grilled lamb skewers! Flavorful ground lamb is mixed with lots of spices and herbs, then formed into kebabs and grilled to perfection in the style of Turkish 'kofte'. The lamb is served on a bed of saffron-infused Jasmine rice with a side of Israeli cucumber-tomato salad and two sauces to drizzle: a garlic-yogurt sauce and zesty oregano vinaigrette.
