Take a culinary journey with Chef Cora to Napa Valley, where she perfected this dish based on the wine country’s grape harvest. The succulent roasted chicken breast—stuffed with tangy, creamy goat cheese and served over a bed of fragrant brown rice pilaf—may be the centerpiece of the meal, the salsa is the star. Juicy red grapes provide a hint of sweetness, while green ones burst with acidity; toasted pine nuts add savory crunch; and the balsamic vinegar elevates it all to a tangy crescendo. Healthy yet flavor-packed, this meal has it all!
