Chili beans have a long history. It is believed that they were initially made in Ensenada, Baja California. Although each chef prepares it in different ways, I wanted to do it differently based on Mexican history based on purely Mexican ingredients such as chile guajillo , chile, ancho chile, and chipotle chile. I wanted to give it a different touch so that many vegan customers can feel the delicious flavor What is impossible to eat meat with chili beans and a crispy flatbread with jalapeño flavor.

The accompanying bread really took this dish from a 4 to 5 star. We toasted it separately and it made the perfect pair to the chili.
