Chili beans have a long history. It is believed that they were initially made in Ensenada, Baja California. Although each chef prepares it in different ways, I wanted to do it differently based on Mexican history based on purely Mexican ingredients such as chile guajillo , chile, ancho chile, and chipotle chile. I wanted to give it a different touch so that many vegan customers can feel the delicious flavor What is impossible to eat meat with chili beans and a crispy flatbread with jalapeño flavor.

Good, but there was barely any impossible meat in the chili.
The flavor of everything was really good, but I'd say the texture of the bread was a little so-so by the time I ate/heated it up.
