I knew the previously cooked egg might not work out as well. I’d definitely cook a fresh egg for this. But overall, this was super tasty!
meatloaf was very juicy. i cooked the eggs the last 4 minutes and it came out perfect. maybe next time ill heat up the rice separately but def. ordering again

was good but mine was more like a chili with chick peas and shredded beef. not a loaf at all. no broccoli or egg. nothing like the picture.
Juicy meatloaf with delicious ketchup sauce that I would buy in a bottle if available. Asparagus part of veggie combo was too "chewy" for my tastes.
There was a spice in the meatloaf I wasn't a huge fan of, but the dish was still really good. The egg doesn't keep very well, but everything else was good.
