This elevated meal is a vibrant blend of Mediterranean flavors. Tender halibut fillet is baked in an earthy za'atar spice blend, and paired with a zucchini, mushroom, and corn pie, topped with parmesan. The final touch is a refreshing fattoush salad, tossed with crunchy pita and drizzled in a tangy pomegranate vinaigrette.
