The oven only instructions are a good tip. The pita definitely would not have heated up well in the microwave. This dish is simply delicious.
I love non-spicy falafel. I loved the falafel, the hummus, and the lentil salad with Medjool dates. I would prefer this meal without the olives and the cheese. I would love more dates in the lentil salad. The harissa-tahini was too spicy for me, so I omitted it. I love that I can make two falafel pitas or wraps with this meal. I would love some non-spicy beet-walnut muhammara along with the hummus inside a falafel wrap. I would order this every week to make falafel wraps. Thank you.
