A Mexican-style dish featuring grilled Branzino, a flaky and light white fish, seasoned with Ancho chili powder and other Mexican spices. Accompanied by red Swiss chard, corn, and a creamy, smoky poblano sauce with notes of citrus, this dish is sophisticated yet rustic and summery.
