Easy, fun and delicious. Could have used one more tortilla, but perfectly good with a fork. Instructions were unclear/wrong.

Beautiful, delicious, and nutritious. I added a teaspoon of cooked lentils from the lentil salad included in the "Mediterranean Falafel and Hummus Bowl" dish to each of the three tacos and also some of the "Carrot and Cabbage Slaw" summer side dish for even more wholesome goodness. This is heaven on a plate. Thank you.
