Succulent thin-sliced pork marinated in sweet and spicy gochujang sauce for 48 hours then char-cooked for a smoky flavor. Served with fluffy steamed buns, baby gem lettuce, cucumber kimchi, and a special house-made creamy gochujang hoisin sauce. Build your own buns or lettuce wraps, or mix and match for a delightful, delicious and fun meal.

You really don't need all the sauce they give you and the cucumber kimchi is crazy spicy, but the flavors are all there and really work together. Overall great dish.

So the buns were the only negative. Only large enough for about 1/2 the filling and turned out dry. The filling was awesome! I'd love to eat that with rice any day!
