Succulent thin sliced pork marinated in sweet & spicy gochujang sauce for 48 hours. Char-cooked for smoky flavor. Served with fluffy steamed buns, baby gem lettuce, cucumber kimchi, and a special house-made creamy gochujang hoisin sauce. Build your own buns, lettuce wraps or mix and match for a delightful, delicious and fun meal.

Choi is by far my fav chef and is the reason I'll keep ordering. Layers of intense delicious flavor. Very sloppy but so worth it. I didn't make the buns correctly because I didn't read it instructions. This dish was amazing.

This dish is delicious with a capital D. I would love to have had a third bun to go with the great size portion of pork.

The meat is so good. That and the super soft bun made this one of the best meals I have had from here.

this is DELICIOUS but they really need to double the buns. i also don’t have a steamer basket so i had to microwave the buns which made them a little dry.

Really good, but could use one more bun since there’s a lot of meat. Didn’t need the sauce.

Great recipe and meal! The lettuce wilters when thawing out from freezer. As I type this, that is something I will have to keep in mind.

the pork is beyond what i expected. sauce look similar to what the pork is bathed in but the sauce makes the taste of the pork pop! small but tasty
