i ate it cold for dinner but would be a nice lunch too. great combo of textures and flavor. as always the chicken was very moist.

love! chicken thigh is tender/ herbaceous. the hardboiled egg is an unexpected/ pleasant protein + texture addition. I didn’t get any green beans in mine but liked the radishes bjf

Great warm-weather meal. Thanks to this chef, farro is now one of my favorite sides. Could use twice as much dressing, however, to coat everything more thoroughly.
