A flavorful, savory, and slightly sweet yellow curry packed with fresh Asian vegetables and Chef Kev's soon-to-be-famous seasoned tofu. Served over a bed of steamed Jasmine rice with some charred bok choy to add texture and complexity. Curry up and order this dish before it's gone!
