Overall tasty! Cauliflower was a bit limp. Probably needed to broil because it’s not battered or fried.

Just didnt like the smell or flavor of the cauliflower. Also they were chopped too small so they got mixed in with the salad. Salad is supposed to be eaten cold. So it was hard to seperate it from the cauliflower prior, so I ate warm salad it was a mess..

Tastes great! I baked the cauliflower in my toaster oven per instructions and I'm glad I opted not to microwave them. I did deviate because the rice seemed hard in spots, added water + microwaved it.

This is a delicious comfort dish. A little more flavorful would take it up a notch but I will order this again. I didn't miss the meat.
