lobster part was fabulous! Would have been better with a nicer roll, and potato chips don't refrigerate well

Not worth the price. Tiny serving. Nothing special.

The pieces of lobster could be a bit larger and the chips should be in a seperate bag because they were pretty soggy.

Cajun Baked Swai
This perfectly baked swai—a type of catfish that's mild and flaky—is moist in the center with a nice crisp finish thanks to a crust of Cajun spices. It's such a tasty treat when paired with tender sautéed kale and buttery Cajun pan sauce. This dish is like a little taste of Louisiana!

Roasted Arctic Char with Lobster Sauce
You'll savor every bite of this sophisticated seafood dish. Roasted Arctic char is a true delicacy, and a decadent lobster sauce takes this dish over the top. The creamy sauce is made with fresh lobster, cherry tomatoes for sweetness, and turmeric for vibrant color. And, on the side, you'll find some simply grilled Brussels sprouts and asparagus.

Maryland Crab Cakes
Chef Chris' Maryland-style crab cakes use minimal filler and let the crab be the star. Lump crab meat is delicately tossed with lemon juice, as well as a touch of mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and buttery Ritz cracker crumbs instead of breadcrumbs. The plump crab cakes are brushed with butter and baked until golden brown. They're delicious on their own, but made even better with a side of Chef's remoulade sauce and green rice pilaf, which gets its color from a little spinach.

Jambalaya Pasta & Creamy Creole Sauce
Chef Chris took everything that he loved about that old Creole classic Jambayala and combined it with his love for pasta. This dish has that same juicy diced chicken, spicy Andouille sausage, plump shrimp, peppers, and Creole spice, but mixed into tricolor rotini instead of the traditional rice. Finished with a creamy Creole rosé sauce, this is Cajun flavor meets Italian techniques. In Chef’s world, the busier the pasta the better and this is as busy and flavorful as you can get! Chef highly recommends heating this meal in the microwave.
